How do we train?

The Columbus State University ROTC Unit instructs Cadets on tactics in three separate phases  called: Crawl , Walk, Run. In each block of instruction the Cadre present to the Cadets they  implement these phases, first by sharing with them the Tasks involved in completing a given  objective; Second, by presenting them the Condition that the objective will be engaged under;  and Third, the Standards by which the objectives should be completed. As mentioned before,  Training Objectives will be met through the Crawl, Walk, Run Phases; wherein the Crawl phase  is a slow instructional version of the objective; the Walk phase is a moderately paced version  of the the given objective; and the Run phase is at combat speed.
